The  activities are programmed one year in advance with the menus varied for each event. Attendees fill out their selection and make out a check for the event and send it in to the post office address where the treasurer or appointee takes it and enters it into  a computer for processing.

Each event is different in its make-up for the food, entertainment, dancing, and music.

Flyers describing the days activities are mailed to the membership at large so all are appraised of the scope, dates and cost. No one is left out.

Buffets may include either local speakers, small local bands, singers with a  group vocalist, dance groups or when available Lockheed guest speakers

Attendance varies from 75 to 150. Volunteer committees make these programs run smoothly and efficiently.
